What stays on your device
When you save a search, shortlist a record or submit feedback, we use browser local storage to remember your choice. Shortlists and searches are not sent to our server and are not synced across devices. You can remove them using the radar controls or clear this site's data in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, third-party analytics or external fonts.
Anonymous pilot feedback
The optional price question stores only a daily count for each answer. We do not store your email, name, account identifier or individual vote history. Temporary rate limits are kept in server memory for up to one hour. Temporary rate limits use salted connection keys in memory; visitors sharing an Internet connection may be grouped. These counts measure responses, not unique people or confirmed purchases.
Personal opportunity briefs
The brief tool processes the service terms, exclusions and filters you submit to match public procurement records. These profiles and generated reports are not retained on the server. Please use business service keywords rather than personal information. If you choose to remember a profile, it is saved only in this browser. Report downloads are created on request and are not stored as customer orders.
We store aggregate daily counts of generated briefs, export requests and optional answers about the proposed price. We do not store event-level histories, identities, profile contents or visitor identifiers for these counts. Repeated actions and automated requests can be included; these totals do not measure unique people, customers or purchases. Direct localhost quality checks are excluded. Connection keys used to limit requests are salted and kept in server memory for up to one hour.
Technical operation
To send this page, the server necessarily handles connection information such as IP addresses and request paths. This application does not create visitor access logs, retain IP addresses in its database or use them for profiling. Short-lived connection data may be processed by network, DNS and hosting infrastructure. Operational logs record server starts, refresh success or failure and service errors; they are not visitor analytics.
Public procurement records
The radar stores public record identifiers, buyer or project names, countries or regions, dates, values and supplier names where published, from UK Find a Tender, EU TED, World Bank and USAspending. We omit source contact emails, telephone numbers and addresses. For World Bank we use selected structured business fields, not the full notice text. Source descriptions may still mention people or business names. Use the original contracting authority's procedure to correct its source notice. Pilot limitations
No mailing list, customer account, checkout or subscription is active in this pilot. Contact by email is optional and may contain personal information you choose to send. Public access does not create an agreement to buy a service. Seller and data-controller information must be completed before any account registration, email-alert service or paid launch.
