Multiple markets.
Evidence for every signal.
We combine bounded samples from four official feeds. This is international coverage, not a complete worldwide database.
What is connected
- UK Find a Tender
- Recent UK OCDS releases across sectors. Open tenders need an active observed status and future deadline. Ending signals require an actual awarded contract’s explicit future end date. Planned lot periods do not create ending signals.
- EU TED
- A bounded sample of recent software and IT notices, using CPV 48 and 72. Contract notices with a future published submission date can create open signals. We use the earliest future date across observed lots: it is essential to check the lot relevant to you. Observed award notices close the corresponding procedure in our sample. Lot duration dates in tender notices are never treated as awarded-contract expiries. TED contains notices from European and other markets, with varying languages and eligibility rules.
- World Bank
- Recent published invitations for bids and requests for expressions of interest in World Bank projects, across countries and regions. Only a structured future submission deadline creates a signal. General procurement notices and contract awards do not become open tenders. We import public business facts and the project title, not contact emails, telephone numbers, addresses or the full notice text.
- USAspending
- A bounded search of recent US federal contract awards mentioning software. Future reported award End Dates create ending signals, never open solicitations. Award Amount is reported obligations, not a guaranteed contract ceiling or future sales potential. Source date is the last modification date where available. The buyer is a US federal agency; contract performance can be elsewhere.
How far does coverage reach?
The market filter lists countries, territories and regions represented by current future-dated signals. UK, TED and US labels refer to buyer markets; World Bank labels refer to project countries or regions. A count of market labels is not a count of sovereign countries. Some sources cover only software/IT, others cover multiple sectors. Use the source filter to see the difference.
Each six-hour refresh reads up to 800 recent UK releases, 600 TED notices, 600 World Bank notices and 600 US awards. Records are retained and deduplicated, but bounded pages and source outages can leave gaps. A partial history is not the authority’s complete compiled procurement record. Sources, scope and last update status are available through the radar and public source metadata.
Dates, currencies and language
UK timestamped deadlines are shown in UK time. Where an international feed supplies only a date, we preserve the calendar date and do not invent a time zone. Always verify the local deadline time in the original notice. Date-only reminders are all-day planning aids. They do not update when an authority changes a notice.
Values stay in their published currencies. We do not sum currencies, convert exchange rates or substitute a tender total for an unknown contract value. TED values are procedure estimates; US values are reported award amounts. The detail card explains the value basis. Descriptions remain in the source language where an English version is unavailable. The interface is English; this is not a full translation service.
Useful research, with human qualification
A contract end date does not confirm a renewal, a new tender or eligibility to bid. Extensions, amendments, multiple lots, framework rules and local participation restrictions can change what is actionable. We do not contact buyers, submit bids or guarantee availability or revenue. Check the official notice before acting.
